Tax Advice Clinic – Thursday 26th September 2013
Aimed at: Owners
Contents:
This is a one day clinic focusing on some of the main tax issues facing you and your business. Owners can meet a professional tax advisor for one hour. Tax is a necessary expense for any business. However, like all other business expenses, it is important to ensure that your business is only paying what it is required to and no more. It is hoped that a number of areas can be identified to assist you in finding potential tax savings for yourself or your business.
With this in mind, participants are asked to bring a copy of their latest financial accounts and income/corporation tax return with them to allow for greater analysis of their current tax position. Confidentiality is of course guaranteed.
Facilitator: George Skelton
Topics:
1. Preventing unnecessary tax leakage from your business
2. Company Structure/Incorporation
3. Tax efficient cash extraction from your business to include salary planning for company directors
4. Retirement planning and passing your business to the next generation
5. Preparing a long term tax strategy for you and your business
6. Year end Tax planning
