What are the four stages of a business?

There are four main stages in a business:

  1. The Start-Up Stage
  2. The Growth Stage
  3. The Scaling Stage
  4. The Harvesting Stage.

Each of these stages come with their own opportunities and problems. Understanding the stages will make it easier to navigate each of the areas and will make the business journey a lot better.
